I got this at the plant swap this year is it a banana plant ? It looks like one to me.

It could be Musella lasiocarpa, but it is far too small and underdeveloped to tell for sure. When it grows out some leaves and gains some size, post more photos then.

I was thinking the same thing. I have a Musella lasiocarpa and they do look allot alike so far. thanks I will post more pictures later
