Default University of Georgia Fertilizer Calculator

UGA Extension has a web based fertilizer calculator that is very helpful. You can give it two fertilizer like 5-0-15 and 10-10-10 and it will give you mix weights to achieve what value you want.

That's pretty useful. Using the tool, I calculated that about 1 pound of 20-10-30 could be made from:

0.2 pounds of 0-46-0 plus
0.5 pounds of 0-0-60 plus
0.6 pounds of 34-0-0

The deviation from the preferred blend is an interesting bit of information as well.

I tried inputting your blend in Richard using the 5-0-15 and plain 10-10-10 and it got pretty close. I tried the UFL ratio of 6-2-12 as well.

I need to go ahead and get a soil test ran so I can input the test numbers.

LOL For us older folks the calculator sure keeps the slide rule in the case.

I just found this calculator. It's awesome! I will now be able to make my own Banana Fuel for cheap!
