Re: Typical height for a Dwarf Namwah banana to fruit?
Six months? Okay, that puts in in winter for ripening time. I'll review the site on ways to shelter my plant against cold.
Thanks as always Crazy_Banana! Sid |

Thanks as always Crazy_Banana! Not sure how cold it will get where you live, but you might want to check out the Agribon frost cloth. In my area the Agribon19 is sufficient. And see the bright side of it: it is a dwarf and not the tall Namwah, easier to protect. |

Re: Typical height for a Dwarf Namwah banana to fruit?
Good suggestion!
In my area, banana plants typically get yellow and brown leaves. Plants typically do not die. This past winter however was cooler. I'm just trying to plan ahead. I just figure the plant will expend more energy producing the bananas. |
