Default Two months growth in 7a...

Looking back over some of my pics I took earlier this year, I am amazed at the growth of some of my bananas. The Saba is the biggest amazement so far. And to think I have at least two more months of HOT weather!!! The fence in the background is right at 12'... (Hat for scale)
The first pic was taken at the end of May...

This pic was taken this evening 7/28/08...

Thanks again, Chris!!!!

Dan and/or Tara,
I do leave my ee's out overwinter. Years ago, I tried storing bulbs, rhizomes, etc. and didn't have any luck. I decided then that if a plant can't make it outside during the winter then it will die. I have eased back off that stand a bit, but I still do not overwinter bulbs and such...

Thanks for the compliment salty... I like the Illustirs too, except they are very invasive in my garden. Before I took the pics yesterday evening, I pulled up about 10-12 Illustris and trashed them trying to keep them where I wanted them... They sure like to "run"!!!
