Default Is there a banana called Dwarf Red Velvet?

A friend has offered me a pup and I want it whatever it is called but I cannot find one with this name.

The picture is of Musa laterita. Sometimes Musa velutina is called pink/red velvet, but that is a different plant from the one you posted.
