I think I'll make my turkey like this:  and maybe bake it with a plantain in the neck cavity. (You just cover 'those' parts with foil so they don't brown LOL.)

Thanks Howard, mine was happy & thankful --- in that, no matter what you face, it could always be worse so be gratefull for what you have, so I am.
The healthy part? Well, I ate too much & feel like Ms Piggy! I did not make turkey today...first time ever, but I made a great prime rib! I will make a turkey for Christmas. Hope you all had a great one!
