I suspected that maybe it was either a bank foreclosure or maybe something else that caused the original owner to go through and methodically remove almost every tag in the place. Well, a few of their 'Thai Black' had tags, but looked dead or close to it. The one I got wasn't labled but looked the healthiest and the pseudostems looked the same as the ones that were labled. They were in pint pots and I think I payed $7.50 which was cheaper than the one I got off of eBay and it wasn't so black either and never even grew to the size of the one I have now even thought I had it in the ground all summer. They had Agri-starts tags on them. Mine is doing well now and is growing in full sun. The amount of black is definitely increasing.
