I don't believe this is the complete taste trial data, but its as much as is in the major germplasm evaluation study that was conducted. Email me if you want the full paper.

I emailed Dr. Evans of the University of Florida yesterday asking where I could get the TREC taste test results for bananas. He emailed me back today stating that he would have to check with one of his colleges and get back to me. If I receive any info. back I will post it.
