Default Surprise bananas at new supermarket

I was wandering through our new Ralph's produce section and was surprised to see: Dwarf Reds, Orinoco's, and Manzano's!
I bought the "Manzano's". Very disappointing. I'm wondering if they aren't actually - not ripe enough - Orinoco's. The Manzano's I was privileged to taste recently were a thousand times better!!!
So I went back today and bought some Reds. Gonna let them sit a few days and hope they are good.

They have both at Vons too. Here is what reds should look like when fully ripe. Any green parts should turn yellow and the maroon parts should turn a red/orangish color.

I bought some reds not long ago and they were mostly red. I had to wait until they had black spots all over them before they were good. Before that they tasted almost just like the normal bananas.

Manzano is Mexican Apple. It isn't anything spectacular.
