Check the Wiki, but I think it is a sport off of Dwarf Cavendish.

Re: Super Dwarf Cavendish......Question
There are different forms of it, I know at least one was produced by radiation induced transformation, others may simply be sports from tissue culture of 'Dwarf Cavendish'. They are true to thier name, Ive never seen one over about 6ft total height, thats with only about 2-3ft of pseudostem. They seem to hate changing conditions, but if you give them decent growing conditions most of the year they appear to be fine. They tend to choke when flowering if the conditions aren't optimal, but Ive seen them growing and fruiting normally at Fairchild (search my gallery for pics).

Re: Super Dwarf Cavendish......Question
Aloha gabe. Thanks for the info. I'm sub-tropical here in Florida close to Disney World. Just started a big collection of bananas this year. I am a cycad grower, but musa, agaves, yucca, and brugmansia has got my attention lately. I got two Ae Ae's that are doing well surviving three frosts so far this month. I didn't used to, but I'm doing a lot of trading of plants now that I retired. I also hybridize a lot, if you're ever interested. chumleyrobert@hotmail.com
