![]() Hello all,
Have you ever had a question that was never answered on the forums? Have you ever had a problem with your banana plants that you can't explain? Too embarrassed to ask a "newbie" question publicly? Send them to bananasquarterly@gmail.com with your full name and location! We're setting up a Q&A section for general and specific questions you might have about bananas, along with questions about ailments your plants might be experiencing. You can submit a picture of the ailment, plant you wish to be identified, or likewise when applicable. Ask anything! Members working on the magazine will choose some of the submitted questions for answering... and credit will be given to you below your question if chosen. Questions may be edited for correct grammar if need be. Remember, this will be the first issue of the magazine, no questions have been covered, so any and all questions are good! Even if it has been answered in the forum at some point, please submit it to allow the information to spread further than the web. With any questions about submitting a question, post here. With any questions for the magazine, again, please sent to bananasquarterly@gmail.com. Thanks for your contribution! ![]() |

![]() OK Taylor - here is one I have always wanted to ask but have been too embarrassed to do so - please feel free to keep me anonymous if you like!!
Roadside vendors have the whole bunch of fruit perfectly ripe at the same time - all looking perfect. Whether I wait until the first finger colours or cut them while still green but plump, they are never as perfect with some being too ripe before the last ones are ready to eat. What is the secret???? Obviously it is not a problem as we eat them as they ripen, but those perfect bunches torment me - how do they do it? |

![]() Thanks Taylor, I just sent a question, some times a person can search and search this site, find the right answer and keep on searching to the point of confusion, and forget what they found, I Love the Idea of a hard copy of info from the Org.
