Exclamation Stopped pushing leaves..

So I have a Grand Naine banana plant that i planted about 11 months ago. Its awoken from winter at around 6 feet, now its stem is about 7-8 feet tall, I noticed the banana was pushing a new leaf out every 4-6 days ish. However, after its last leaf 4 days ago, nothing is coming up. The last leaf is a normal leaf, not a flag or anything special. What could be the problem, if any?

Could be close to flowering. Could be too cold, could have a nutrient deficiency. Could be waterlogged. Many possibility. But if it’s Mature and close to fruiting put loads of potassium rich fertilisers doen. That’ll get it going. It’ll be fine
