![]() I posted the content of that article earlier, either here or at garden web. The responses that I got was that the article is not very accurate in a few of the implied nutritional values and thus could lead to different conclusions when done in haste. Overall, that article is excellent and could be improved further when we reference some reliable published sources about the nutritional value of a typical banana:
