Default Sigatoka on Ice Cream??

Hello guys,
I've noticed this on the oldest leaf of my Ice Cream banana. It was one of the few that are still on the tree after being overwintered in my basement. I've noticed something similar but not nearly as bad on the newer leaves as well. Is this Sigatoka? Or perhaps some kind of nutritional problem? Thanks!

Thanks sunfish, thanks definitely good to know. It's nearing 8 ft. and I'm hoping to keep it healthy enough to fruit. When I saw this, I was like, this doesn't look good, so I just thought I'd post it to make sure. Thanks for your help.

Thanks sunfish, this is really helpful. In my searches yesterday I also came across another publication from Queensland, Australia that listed cultivars that are resistant to Black Sigatoka. "Ducasse" was listed as one, which if remember from a post by another member here is the Australian name for the Pisang Awak family of plants (Dwarf Namwah, Tall Namwah, fake Misi Luki and fake Ice Cream, which is what mine is). If that's the case, its good to know that at worse case scenario, the plant is genetically resistant to Black Sigatoka. Although, only two places in the US have reported it, South Florida and Hawaii haha and I'm a good distance from either. Thanks again.
