I really wanted a siam ruby here in the uk until i was told that it is useless here when winter arrives they just collapse. our climate does not suit them. shame realy as they are gorgeous banana's

I know this is an old post, but I'm still curious about 'Siam Ruby' fruit. Has anyone else gotten theirs to fruit? Does it need to be cross pollinated?
