The biggest pup is probably large enough to separate if you so choose. Though, honestly, they're not hurting the main plant being on there, so it's totally optional.

I would say, if it's a little root bound, leave the pups for now, and just graduate to a little larger container. You can, gently, pick and pull at the roots a little to loosen them a bit.

Went ahead and divided them. I got four plants out of the deal. At first I tried a sharp knife then I had to use a shovel and hammer.
