Fred - Congrats on your cado - my grafted cado, unfortunately, didn't take.
You must be doing something right.. The variety is named Mrs. Holland after the owner of the original tree somewhere in Texas. The fruit is on the small side (definitely not worthy of the Parton name but the tree is said to be very cold hardy.
