SDC getting ready to bloom?

This one may be getting ready to bloom. For the past several weeks, the leaves have not been extending like they normally do. Time will tell. I'm not sure why the leaves got those brown spots on them. It looked really nice most of the summer.

Anyone have any thoughts on whether or not this banana is getting ready to flower? I know several months back someone had posted some very nice pictures of their flowering SDC.
