I have a couple saba's that are flowering now and two with maturing fruit stalks. Sabas make the best fruit for tostones I've had.

I agree (although I like Hua Moa for tostones also)..I also like sabas out of hand when ripe, fried ripe and micro waved for about 45 seconds then on top of frozen yogurt/ice cream….Sabas are definitely my favorite banana.
