Default Remove male flowers?

My musa Velutina/Daisycarpa has made fruit, but it is getting colder, and still not ripe. Should I remove the male flowers that are still blooming, will this speed up the process?

you could try wrapping the bunch and cutting off male bud..how long has it been flowering for??
