Default Reliable Banana Nurseries in India, please!

Now I do want to know if anybody knows some reliable banana nurseries in
India who can ship young plants with the inspection certificate including the
nematodes free certificate authorized by the Indian government?

Thanks in advance.

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is the best resource for bananas in India -- if not the entire hemisphere.

Where do I inquire about their offerings?

A citizen of India inquires at the bureau at the closest campus, much like you or I would inquire at a USDA Farm Bureau. From there one can learn about suppliers, cultural practices, etc. I believe the banana expertise is physically at the north-central campus.
