Rare Pineapple Banana plant video

Here is video of a chance cross between a pineapple and a banana plant. I can't wait to try the fruit from this plant.

Short shelf life? Not for us, last year one lasted until june 6th at which time it got consumed by our cats by accident. Almost had some cat for supper.
