I think this one is FHIA-18. I have five of these plants at fruiting size this year and will add to this thread so that more experienced members can help identify/confirm.

Member Greenie in Miami had the best documentation on this plant including some great photos in his gallery. This plant is not very popular it seems although it got good reviews for taste.
