question on putting plants outdoors
I have several bananas that have been over wintered indoors. Some have been under grow lights. What is the best way to put them out in the sun with out burning the leaves or killing the plants? Any help is appreciated.

Re: question on putting plants outdoors
The key here is that you have to do it gradually. Put them in a good shady spot and, after a few days, move them to a little less shady spot, or take them out into bright light for a few minutes, and increase the length of time each day.
Some people have said that you have to do this over two weeks, but I have found that one week, or a little more, isusually sufficient. |

Takes me about a week too. If you don't have a shady spot, put them out on a overcast day or when weather calls for few days of clouds & rain.
