Soooo, Back to the orig post.
it will take 3-5 or more years to get pups off your plant.
Our issue is our short 160+- grow season.
The plant needs 3x that to achieve its full potential.

There might be an exception .....but the plant has not proven predictable for me.
Expect no fruit or bloom.

Today I identify as Kyle....here is no L in team.

Oh really! Wow that’s a long time to wait for pups. It’s alright. I was in no hurry anyway! I was just glad to have gotten one myself! I didn’t really expect lots of pups or anything. I also just hope it will last more than a year as well! God knows how many plants I’ve killed off since 2012 or so. Hence my name on here!

I am glad to have that information from someone who has experience with this kind of plant right here in Ohio! I didn’t even think it was possible to grow AeAe in Ohio.

I was talking to with a couple of people from Florida who grow & sell these. They’ve asked me to keep their identities hidden. They told me that AeAes are such an expensive plant b/c they don’t pup often at all. Anyways they thought I was nuts to have bought one b/c AeAes don’t like to be over wintered in a home! I then came across your info on here and thought well if he can do it, I can too!

So when I posted this thread I just wanted to know if I could expect a lot of pups or not. You certainly have answered my question and more! So, thanks Cin!

Okay. Sorry but I don’t get what you mean by identifying yourself as Kyle. I know what “There is no I in team” means though.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I never meant to cause any offense by asking what your real first name is. Yes I probably should have asked you that in a private message. I was just being curious. Plus I thought that telling you that I thought your name was Taryl would have been funny. I didn’t know at first that people might not use their real names on their profile on this site. I also thought because you’ve known all along my real first name, age and what city I’m from you wouldn’t have minded me asking yours.

By the way.... you are so busted! I do know your real name, Mike. I saw it on your member introduction post and saw a couple of people calling you by that name in a couple of other posts. Yeah, nice try!
