Default Putting Ensete & Thai Black To Rest .

Hi everyone, dug out thai black and ensete glauca. 6-7 feet tall. Larger ones
too big to come in. Should I remove all the leaves? If I cut the top of the ensete will it grow back? I will store in a crawl space for the winter. It's in
the basement so I'm sure it will stay pretty warm. Any advice.
Thanks Raggedy
