I use muriate of potash (KCl). My soil is too acidic already to add sulfur.

I have not used this product, but have considered it.Mainly because I don't need 50#s! That is pretty expensive regardless, you may want to look into other sources such as : http://www.groworganic.com/item_F226...ash_50_Lb.html

You may also want to look at a product called Sul-Po-Mag (sometimes K-Mag). It is a 0-0-22 analysis and also provides magnesium in addition to potassium. (It is a mixture of Magnesium Sulfate and Potassium Sulfate.) I have to get it from an agricultural fertilizer supplier but have been very pleased with the results.

There is also an organic version of this product available from some sources.

I've been trying to find a local source. Seems that in columbia, there are very few outlest for this stuff in consumer quantities. Ans shipping will kill you!
