There are a couple ways to do this... Assuming you have uploaded the image to this site you need to copy and paste the text for the bulletin board:
 For off-site images you can "right-click" on the image and select "copy image URL" and then paste this text into "[ IMG] ????? [/IMG ]" tags.  |

Make sure the photo is under 1.8 megs.. Ok maybe its 1.3.. :^)
