Musa Basjoo has to be the most popular. I would think Orinoco or Cavedish would be a close second.

Zebrina( aka sumatrana...aka rojo) is pretty popular I think. Basjoo is common with the colder climates. I think Cavendish (DC, SDC) is pretty popular as well. Orinoco is pretty commonly grown I think too.

Hmmm, for me, any that produce edible nanners. Ornamentals are nice - have a pretty Bordelon - but I sure do like to eat home-grown nanners! Not to mention that my focus is primarily on edible landscaping.

In my area, almost all are Orinoco. But I did find a Cardaba and a Dwarf Red a few months ago at a local nursery and was pleasantly surprised!
