Please Help with 'Nanerbucks'?

Hi forum members,
I have looked over this website fairly well, but can't seem to find any info as to what 'banana bucks' are? Would someone please elaborate on this for me?
And, are they yellow, or unripe green? :ha:

Banana bucks are only legal tender within the Bananas.org site. You can use it to pay for merchandise from other members who are willing to accept them, and vice-versa. Or you can use them to pay for advertising in the classifieds. Check the Classifieds section for rates and details.
