So the plant seems to have survived winter with very little damage other than some shredded and yellowing leaves. The wind broke a few of the lower leaves off. Yesterday I fed them and tended to the soil. Today I manicure the pseudo stems to get as much photosynthesis happing as possible. With any luck I'll have ripe fruit in 2-3 months and be able to share it with the contest winners.
Dave if you read this I have pups coming up so just let know when your temps are good for shipping. This time we'll beat them at their own game. ![]() |

Looking good Mitchel. They should start to plump up soon.
Glad to see they made it through the harsh part of winter. Mine is doing great, thanks again.

Mine is doing great also the one that I won from you. Not a single leaf browned during the winter.
I've just planted it on the ground. Benny

That's great Benny! It appears to be more cold tolerant then my Apples but they get pretty thrashed in the winds due to their size. This is probably going to be a really nice looking plant in a more humid local like Florida!
