![]() Cross (1st shown) is an ornamental, but the other two will bear fruit. In Florida, you could very likely have fruit next summer.

![]() I was just wondering how you & the nanners were doing.
Ice Creams get pretty tall. I'd guess you'll see a pup when that one gets another foot on it (estimating that is a 6' fence back there). Its momma is fruiting now, there is some chatter here on the board about that, and photos in my gallery. I have the August 1st update in my camera I need to upload. It was 18 months from ~3" tall to blooming. I don't remember exactly when that pup came up, but I think it was Jan/Feb so I'm going to predict it blooms next June for you. Keep us up to date!

![]() heynow - thanks for the offer but I think I'm going to wait and see how I get the ones I have through the winter before adding any to my collection.
Since you are in my area (zone 9) what did you do to get your plants through? Did you wrap them up? Use a frame? I know it's 95 degrees out there right now, but I like to be prepared ![]() k. |
