I wish these guys were more available stateside. What do you think your chances are of a bloom before fall?

I'm not really expecting a bloom before fall (but still hoping) since it was well into May before the real growth started.

Re: Patupi and her pups

Every time I see the name of this cultivar, I hear the old song, "I say potato, you say potatto, I say tomato, you say tomatto..."

"I say Patupi,
You say Tapupi.
I say, 'Do you mean
You think it tastes poopy?'"

"Nopey, that's dopey,
I'm just being hokey,
Let's chop the whole bunch off."

My apologies for the bad parody :0517: I'm probably not even pronouncing/inflecting the name right.

You might be able to come up with a song using one of it's synonyms Musa Kokopo :nanadrink:

Aruba, Jamaica ooo I wanna take you
Bermuda, Bahama come on pretty mama
Key Largo, Montego baby why don't we go
Jamaica

Off the Florida Keys
There's a place called Kokopo
That's where you wanna go to get away from it all
