So you've dined on maters in Jville? Cardboard from the grocery store and the "farmers" markets. Thanks, I was wondering what sort of injection you were referring to. In the video I see they are injecting the peduncle during fruit formation. That's very different than injecting the pseudostem.

Oxytocin seems an extreme approach to me. A more common practice in Central America is to foliar spray by airplane with Potassium Citrate when flag leaves begin to show in the plantation.
