I have one mat that has 4 stems that could fruit in the coming weeks. Now should I limit the Number of flowers per mat or feed it that much more? Thanks :v)

Well the 2nd pre is up on this mat.. Probably only end up w/ 3 fruiting.

So do you think I should limit the number hands? And to what?

I am no expert ( more a wimp when it comes down to trim or thin out anything ), but why not experimenting? Trim one or two hands on one plant and leave the other one as is. That way you can compare if the trimming will have a positive impact on fruit development or not, because I assume you will treat the mat the same with watering and fertilizer.

SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN -are the nanas in LA or Ark? Main goal should be getting hands to full size to hang inside before the freeze comes. Removing smaller fingers/hands seems like a good idea.

I think I've got a similar problem but in an advanced stage. The mat has never been irrigated or fertilized and presently only has 5 or 6 bunches hanging (harvested a couple bunches in the past few weeks). If I'm gonna add ferts don't wanna wait til the last minute, plannin on harvesting 3 more bunches this week and some are in the 80-90 lb range.

So do you think I should limit the number hands or bunches? And to what?
