New Black Beauty?
Hi, A couple of German seed suppliers are listing a "New in 2010" variety discribed as: "Musa textilis (Ebony) - Black Manila Hemp -A stunning form from the Crocker Range in Sabah on the island of Borneo with a deep black pseudostem". See photo in gallery
Is anyone germinating/growing it, or know much about it? Ian |

Re: New Black Beauty?
There are many forms of M. textilis, especially since it has been cultivated and different varieties have been selected. This appears to be a rather black form.
