By January it was dead. The mother plant wasn't able to help and one like this by its self would not survive in my yard. That mother is the one in the contest.

Believe me, I'm counting my lucky stars! Hopefully it will be a sword pup, but It's too you young to tell right now.

Hey, it might still grow more pups!! I hadn't even thought about that til now :D
