Default Need your advice - seedlings

Hey. I need your advice. Few Ensetes sprouted today and one zebrina at my mass growbox. They are in 100% vermiculite, watering pure water. What should i do now, when should i take them off to pots with seedling soil? In which moment of their life i should have to give them growing lights?

for right now I would leave them alone. wait until they get quite a bit bigger before transplanting.
a few learned scholars call it a plant......

and 6 billion people would call it a tree

I root for 6 billion people
