Default Need help IDing - have never seen this flower

This is a neighbor's banana. It is quite tall. The fruit is small, but may also be a matter of not enough water and fertilizer. It doesn't get a lot of care.

Interesting how the male flowers actually have pollen on them. Can you get a picture of the entire plant and of the fruit?

More photos of the whole plant and fruit please. Look at that pollen. Yumm! It would be nice if it turns out to be a (parthenocarpic) cultivar and not a wild diploid.

Seeds or not, it is balbisiana. The rounded, non-rolling bracts, which stay on the rachis and turn gray and dry is pretty definitive.
