The banana bloom sure is a spectacular site in person, in your own yard as opposed to any photo isn't it?

Mine always bloom out nice and short (5-5.5ft). As a true Dwarf Orinoco should.
This was last seasons plant. Pup on the left is the one that is blooming now.
