Default My first plant!

This little guy showed up at my door today and caught be off guard.

I wasn't expecting this to show up because the order status screen was never updated (still hasn't, that about on par for FHN I guess).

It looks like the plant came with a sucker.

I haven't opened the wrapper up yet so I'm not sure if that is something that can be salvaged (I would imagine no). Should I just chop it off as close as possible w/o hitting the main and just chuck it?

It looks like the little guy wasn't a sucker afterall. It was a second, separate plant with it's own roots. I just had to do some un-weaving.

I like a good 2 for 1 deal. Plants look great.

So the bigger one was pouting for a while because a couple of outer root were broken when pulling them apart, but after 12 days it finally got down to business.

The little one isn't fairing so well, it got chomped by a kitty the first night.

When I lived in MD the neighbor's cat ate my lemongrass. Glad I have no pets other than the green kind.

So it is a year to the day since my little baby banana TC showed up on my doorstep. It has grown up quite a bit.

Here is it from the reverse side. It doesn't show the size as well but shows the smaller members of the mat better.
