The one I just harvested is prob eleven feet. But I have one fruiting now that's at 7 1\2 feet tall. There is a procedure that I am starting to use to make them fruit shorter.

That is interesting. The green house where I grow my namwah is only 13 feet high, so there probable wont be enough space for a second crop I guess.

My double cavendish nana sent up a pup! Looks to be a nice sword sucker.

Tall Namwa bunches continue to grow:

First one is going to Be a small one. Small tree. Valor_x was right. I cut this tree down when it was seven feet tall down to a foot so it wouldn’t fruit in my neighbors yard and it has a small bunch.

The other is going to be nice sized most likely:

Praying hands:

Blue java:

Raja puri growing fast:

Possible variegation on dwarf namwa? I added lots of potassium to see if I could bring anything out.

Rust colored pisang ceylon leaf unfurling.

The dwarf red? that is growing in the shade is growing really fast! Beautiful!

A little squatty sdc:

Got a beautiful bunch of tall Namwa!!!!!

Hope you enjoyed all the pics! Took a long time to put together!

Thanks for looking!

Great photos. You have an excellent collection.

Jelly of your Praying Hands. I got a Praying Hands two years ago but it was small, weak corn and it died on me.

Beautiful collection brother!

Interesting, it's good to know that my personal experience of cutting down banana trees to stay short results in a smaller bunch also applies to other bananas and not just Orinoco.

Your P-Hands looks great!! It's definitely going to be a very close race!

My Dwarf Namwa has the same exact 'variegation' on all of the older leaves it has produced. It is very pronounced when the leaves just come out. Perhaps it's just a trait of Dwarf Namwa.

Gratz on your Double Cavendish pup! My understanding is the first mother plant doesn't produce 2 flowers, only the subsequent pups. My Double is still a baby, it's a TC

Thanks!

My double was really small when I got it in December. Like two inches tall.

But the other one is awesome I took some pics early this morning and then went out again because I couldn’t resist and took more pics Glad I did! Visibility was way better!

Other one early morning: (you can see a bee )

Then later on:

As some of you may know, I obtained a manzano banana from a wild grove. If you didn’t know that here is the thread: Manzano/Apple? GABE, I NEED YOU! (Photo dump)

And here is the plant! Planted into the nana grove!

Praying hands doesn’t even know wha hit her!

Keeps pushing out the leaf!

Very pink, tiny, newborn p. Ceylon pup!

Super cloudy now so can’t take pics but the other bunch made a pretty sweet eleven hands bunch!
