Got this diploid as a tc from the dpi. Wondering if its what the edible musa zebrina in the USA really is.

This is a different plant from the semi-edible "zebrina" of the US. I wrote something about that plant, see the bottom of this page "Homonyms" section: Musa acuminata ssp. zebrina | ProMusa - the banana knowledge platform
