Musa Tu'u Ghia Update!

*****Musa Tu’u Ghia Update!*****

Musa Tu’u Ghia bunch snapped during hurricane Dorian passing by very close!....Musa Tu’u Ghia bunch wasn’t fill-in completely but still edible!....Also it developed some type of outside peel fungus because of the heavy rains, not a big deal, but in which I will avoid next time bagging the bunch!....Now the taste!...Oh God!....Thank you for opening the Nana Gates of Heaven!....A creamy and firm Nana Variety with an awesome, amazing hint of spicy/cinnamon flavor, taste to it!....Definitely one of my favorites now!...Up there with the best!....

Pictures taken on 09/11/2019...…

Very twisty looking bananas. Pity the bunch was knocked down but the weather didn't completely spoil your party.

Amazing my bro. Your next bunch will be much much bigger! By timing your bunch and mine I hope mine ripen in a month or so.

My bunch is smaller and the fruit are about like twisty skinny pencils! But I still can’t wait to taste them! Being Nicks favorite means a lot!! You have tasted way more than me!

I can for sure see wind problems! Mine has a tiny skinny pstem! I can see wind being a major problem for Tu’u Ghia!

Awesome job as always!
Woooohooooo

Thanks! I hope to find one to plant at our place. The one we received from the USDA was mislabeled.

Re: Musa Tu'u Ghia Update!

Thanks everybody for the comments!.....I really appreciate them!....

*****Just a couple of observations as well as advices!*****

*Musa Tu'u Ghia grows kind of tall, 10 ft. before flowering in my growing conditions...…
*As my bro Ty mentioned, Tu'u Ghia P-Stem is SKINNY!.....Definitely needs wind protection!....IT'S A MUST!....
*Needs to be planted "strategically" to be protected!.....My Tu'u Ghia is planted surrounded by tall Nana Varieties....
*Also as an AA Genome Nana Variety doesn't like the cold at all!....
*When flowering, blooming, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND propping/brace the bunch!.....

Max I know I promised you some Musa Tu'u Ghia fruits!....It's on!....You got my word!...Too bad the bunch got snapped!...It doesn't have a nice long shelve time (ripening time) after harvest!...
