I too have ordered Musa ingens seeds from rarepalmseeds. Waiting for it to arrive. How did you get it to germinate and how long did you have to wait? I hope to be able to Tissue culture mine

1st one is coming now! 2end is germinated this day. So far 2 out 10 seeds.

Wow! You hit the lottery! I know the exact history of the seeds and they are very fresh! Amazing job man! I have 3 seeds I was given out do the same batch but nothing yet! One started as a floater and it smashed. Other 2 are still sitting!

What was your method? Heat cycles? Etc.

All I know is they were harvested about 2 months ago (as of now) and sold to rarepalmseeds. It is just exciting to hear about fresh Ingens seeds. This is the only time I have seen fresh Ingens available! Now we just need one of those sprouts in TC.

Do you have an update now? I purchased some of these seeds and will be germinating them once they arrive. Looks like yours was germinating and growing fast!
