Default Musa Basjoos....what kind of sun????

Just wondering if they prefer the morning sun or afternoon sun? That way I can figure out where to locate them around the house, front or back yard.

The backyard gets morning sun, and the front of the house gets the afternoon sun. The hot days we've so far in the past few weeks, the leaves have drooped when I introduced them outside.

I didn't just put them out on hot days, I started intoducing them out for an hour there, half an hour there and then longer during the weekends when am home.

here in Holland most people grow them in full sun, because we have quite short growing seasons and in full sun they grow much faster than in shade, but in shade they do also grow quite good.

My Basjoos seem to look bad in full sun - always the least attractive variety in the yard....so I've moved them to various shadier spots to see if they look any better. I'll keep an eye on them now and report if they look any better this year.
