Here's a pic of the pups on the HM mat.

Four of the 16 are ready to dig up now and find a new home.

Nice! I grew this cultivar in my back yard for two or three years but couldn't get it to fruit. I think it gets too cold in my back yard so I moved it into the city where I work and hope to maybe get some fruit next year as it stays 10 degrees or so warmer there.

I belive Kostas that U have much better conditions than I do for growing plataines. They are worth trying for sure.

Thanks Ante!
In Pyrgos i certainly do but in Melissia where i am growing my bananas for now,i dont know if i am better or worse weather wise. I do want to try growing plantains as well and i have some time now bought an African Rhino Horn but i have yet to receive it unfortunately. Hua Moa is certainly on my list of ''Wanted'' cultivars as well!!!:woohoonaner:

A box came with the mail today from someplace called Markarska in Croatia, of all places. Very curious.

Inside lid said “SHEMATSKI PRIKAZ SKLAPANJA TIPIZIRANE AMBLAZE ZA POSTANSKE PAKETE”. With step by step assembly instructions no less.

OMG --------- what could this be?????

Oh yeah – after 75 days snailing thru the international mails the first press olive oil from Ante finally arrived!!!

I had a hunch that it would still make it to Florida, and it did. Seventy five days - wow!

Thanks Ante.

Nice bunches Nick. They are 3x bigger than the ones I have had.

Gotta love that double black Okeechobee soil!

I know individual bananas are described as fingers. This is more of a fist.
