Is any one growing the Morado but me? Has been one of my all time favorites. Pstems are red.

Default Re: Morado from PR

I have a variety of red going here now thanks to a friend. It was suppose to be a dwarf variety but its about 14ft to the base of the crown with fruit so not sure exactly what the variety name is.. I'm just about to harvest a bunch at his property, just waiting as long as possible. I'll have to upload a picture here when I do.

I have 2 small pups I removed from his bunch and both hated the transfer! both died back to the corm and are regrowing. I also noticed they do not put out much for pups.
