What is the botanical name for monkey finger bananas and how big are they?

I think the most accepted way of naming it (by banana scientists) would be:
Musa acuminata ssp. microcarpa (AA) "Pisang Jari Buaya"

It is normally a fairly tall plant with 10-14' of p-stem, though I've seen photos of shorter ones.
