This week in N. Illinois we're having very warm weather for this time of year, if they're inside and not to heavy, take them out and give a good hosing off with the garden hose, then before you bring them back inside, hit them with some Safer insectictle soap from HD, if indoors and can't take out, spray with a mix of mild dishsoap and water 1 Tbs. to a 1/2 gal of water, it will smother the mites, apply again about three or four days later to kill hatching eggs, then just be vigilant with checking every couple of days for signs of mites and repeat with the dishsoap, check on the undersides of the leaf for very tiny dots, use a magnifing glass if needed, mites can tear up your plants if not controlled!Good luck with the mite wars, here in N. Il. the war has started. Best to keep humidity up and use fans to move the air around your plants all winter( yeah, I know,) winter hasn't even started here yet, but when the plants come inside to dry warm and still air, it's a spidermite heaven, last year I used fish emulsion and water on my plants in the three season room, took care of the mites but you couldn't go in the room for three days for the smell, MaMa said never again, so I'm using the soap methods this year.

Robby, there are all kinds of methods, just do a search for spider mites and be prepared to read, it might take a while to get through all of them.
